WARRANTY CLAIM (FOR BONE RODS ONLY)

Our warranty works by purchasing a replacement for either the broken rod or part of the rod at a 40% off the original price, and will be in effect within 1 year from the date of purchase. If your rod is out of warranty, you can still purchase the broken rod or part at full price.

If your broken rod is a travel rod, you may purchase the part of the rod that was broken. So you will take the full price of the rod, divide it by 4 (or 3 if its 3 piece), (and minus 40% if your rod is under warranty). This will be the price of the part.

If your broken rod is a one piece or butt joint rod, you will have to take the full price and minus 40%. That will be the price of the part. If your rod is out of warranty, you will have to replace your rod entirely.

ORDERS

Currently, we only accept direct credit card payment and PayPal for BONE Fishing World website.

Simply go to the product page, click on the product you want, and click the update cart or the buy now button.

Unfortunately, we do not allow self collection/walk ins.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we do not allow cancellations.

Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges once payment has been made.

Unfortunately, in accordance with the terms of our distributor agreement, we are unable to process sales or ship directly to your location. Our distribution network is structured to ensure that authorized distributors handle sales and shipments within specific regions, and we are obligated to comply with these arrangements. This helps to avoid conflicts with local partners and ensures that customers receive the appropriate support and services.

We recommend reaching out to the authorized distributor in your area, who will be able to assist you with your purchase and any other related inquiries.

Your order may have been canceled for a number of reasons. If your order (or part of your order) is canceled, the relevant funds will be refunded to the payment method used on the order and you will be contacted beforehand via email to inform you of the cancellation.

Unfortunately, we don't have Gift Cards available for purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not have any discount or promotional offers.

SHIPPING

International orders may have additional customs and import fees upon delivery. Please note that all incurred taxes and custom duties will NOT be covered and is required be paid by you to the Courier. 

If you choose to refuse the customs fee, your parcel may be abandoned and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. If you're unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs and import fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. Alternatively, you may visit the vendor’s website and key in the tracking number manually.

Do allow 24-48 hours for the status to be updated and dispatched.

We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Kindly please allow 1-3 working weekdays for processing your orders. All orders will be shipped out within 2 ~ 4 working weekdays.

For Express shipping, we use FedEx and DHL for all international express shipping for fishing rods, backpacks or bulky orders in general.

For Standard shipping, We use SingPost for smaller items such as lures, apparels (T-shirt and caps). 

Costs are subject to the best shipping rate offered by various shipping companies and will be reflected accordingly before payment.

You will receive an email when your order has been processed and shipped out. You will also receive a tracking number that can be tracked via the vendor (will be provided) website. Shipping times may vary based on different countries that you are from.
