Yes, you are required to sign up as a member before purchase. Signing up as a member allows you to track your orders easily and see your order history.

We use Easyship for all international shipping. Costs are subject to the best shipping rate offered by various shipping companies and will be reflected accordingly before payment. Please note that all incurred taxes and custom duties will NOT be covered.
You will receive an email when your order has been processed and shipped out. Shipping times may vary based on different countries that you are from. Please see this list for a rough timeline.
You may track your orders by logging in to your account, click on your order history. Click on the order that you wish to track. Here, you can see the shipment information of the items, such as shipping vendor, tracking no. etc. Click on track order. You will be transferred to the vendor’s website to get the tracking information. Alternatively, you may visit the vendor’s website and key in the tracking number manually.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we do not allow cancellations.
